We dostock most of our items so we can bring you the lowest prices therefore they may be out of stock temporarily at the time of purchase and may take up to 6 weeks to get back in stock. We do require photos of any damaged items before we file a damage claim, small nicks and scratches are not covered by UPS damage claims. Damage during shipping has to go thru UPS claims department for re-imbursement for damages only if the shipping insurance is paid for.
